It knew it was only a matter of time before "Eco-Terrorism" starts to manifest itself in pursuit of desperate measures to prove religious points. According to the Hindustan Times, Indus, Ganga and Brahmaputra in South Asia (India), the Middle East and North Africa is expected to be ground zero for the tools as weapons of mass destruction. The conflict of course will be between terrorists groups and usually the government. The water in those countries are used for drinking, agriculture, and other human creature comforts. Terrorists will unfortunately implement terrorism on an easy target in response to an entity they have political or religious issues with.
