We Need A Government Sponsored "Green Renovation" program

A mass "green" renovation plan for metropolises should be developed to assist in the multiple initiatives coming into play. In New York City, building owners can get up to $100,000 in tax abatements for installing green roofs. Other benefits include incentives for installing solar panels. Frankfurt, Germany is one of the leading cities on the "going green trend" with most of the city's roofs becoming "green rooms". Portugal is building the world's first sustainable city.
